Waste of time

Hi phoned head office to get the number for the Boksburg branch on Thursday 20 June. To my pleasant suprise they transferred me directly through. I then asked for the power tool section and was transfered. I spoke to a gentleman about the prices of bench top belt sanders. He asked for a few mins to check and came back with Ryobi R970 and Stile R750. Perfect. So I drive out to Boksburg and low and behold there is only one bench top sander at R1800. I had been quoted on hand held sanders. I called for the manager and he offered me a discount of approx R150 claiming that was the best he could do. I phoned head office and took option 2 on the autopromt to complain. I was assured I would have feedback before close of business. Well guess what no one has contacted me and its Monday 24 June.
