Illing me for no service at all

I moved june 2013 from alberton to boksburg I phoned adt and told them Im moving they said I must email them my new adresss I did that then I moved and had to phone adt many times im sure u have the recordings but they never came to install the radio till today last time I spoke to them was july now I get threatening letters from sep 2013 saying I owe them 1459.42 and 18 0ct 1824.28 for what do I owe u I didnt get any of ur service how can u charge me ur technical manager told me he is going to phone me back 3 times as I spoke to him in june about moving the radio from alberton to boksburg but he only promise never did so I ment why must I keep on phoning them ask to move radio as they never did after this I dont want any of ur business u dont know how to treat ur customers ill complain every 5 days people will know u about this worst service eve
