Where to start... we were with a security company, and were told ADT was much better, as a single women in a house alone, better security is always something i will look into, so i phoned ADT and had Sandra Gous come out, she was lovely and so helpful, definitely some one i would like to deal with again. Anyway that was on the 15th of February. i signed a sheet to say i would pay my radio fee on the 1st of February and then my monthly fee would come off on the 1st of May. Needless to say on the 1st of Feb the radio fee as well as the monthly fee was taken off, which would normally not phase me to much, however i still do not have an alarm... No one has been out to install it, its been 3 weeks now, surely some one has the time to do it??? I really don't think it is fair to charge me for a service that i am clearly not getting? Then i tried to contact Hannes Jooste who is the contact person but you can never get hold of him, he never returns calls, he never takes calls, after phoning 6 time in one day even the poor women answering the phones sounded embarrassed. If i cannot get hold of any one, ever please tell me how i am to resolve this matter.
