Bad Service and Double Dealings

I have 3 contracts regarding vehicles with Tracker. One of the cars were written off, and I informed Tracker a week after it happened as I was away at the time it happened. As the contract was only in place for a few months, the lady I spoke to said they would not retrieve the unit, but when we got a new car, one would be fitted free of charge and my contract would continue as per normal, or my other option is to settle the balance of the contract amount. I have now got a replacement vehicle (3 weeks after telling them the vehicle was written off). I have 27 months left on the contract, and have now been told that I have to pay R1 100 to get a new unit fitted, and it will be added to my current contract.
I find this totally unaceptable and unethical, and when wanting to talk to a manager, holding on for more than 10 minutes is so wrong. I am seroiusly looking to change companies and will never recommend Tracker to anyone
