Pricing on TRACKER

I have been on TRACKER for a year now. When agreeing to the contract I was under the impression that when you need to buy a new vehicle you can move your device for not a bit amount (R375). This week I found out it has increased to R1195.00!!! Without informing any customers about it!!! I have settled my account and cancelled my tracker and will make sure everyone I know, know how TRACKER works!!!

You think that all the customers has agreed to 36 month contract so pay they will have to pay to move the device or pay to settle their contract!! This is not how you do business and I know that more and more customers will complain about this.

Any company that increase ANY price of theirs notifies their customers at least a month in advance, but NO, not TRACKER. They increase their price with R1000!!!

I am sure there is some kind of law against this and I will still do more homework on this, but for now I am forever done with TRACKER!!!
