I recently traded in my car that had the tracker unit installed, I then informed tracker that I would like to cencel my contract as I did not have the car anymore, I was then advised by a tracker agent that I was still liable for the contract as it was 3 year contract and they will deactivate the unit and install the new unit in my new car and it will cost me R375, the new tracker unit was installed and I was not debited the amount that i was told over the phone, the amount I was debited was R1316.91 I then contacted tracker on the 25/09/2013 to ask about the amount and spoke to Michele Moses who told me that the amount has increased and I told her that I was never informed of this and the amount that I agreed on was R375 and requested that they pull the recorded telephone conversation I had with multiple tracker agents. She told me that she will raise my query with finance and i will be contacted in 3 working days. I will be called on the 30/09/2013 I havent been called since then and I havent received my money back. If I knew it would have cost me R1316.91 I would have bought the contract off and cancelled and went with another tracking company.
