On June 2013 I cancelled an account with ADT security, due to that I moved out from a property I used to reside on which was sold since 04 May 2013.On the 26 October 2013 I have contacted ADT in regards to an account I that I have cancelled after receiving an sms informing me that my account was in arears and spoken to Donaven Francis and he had advice to send a proof of payment for the month of march and June 2013 of which I have send since then, and requested a follow up on the matter and resend the proof of payment.

On the middle of October 2013 I also received a letter from Ms or Mrs Lebohang Malobela, and I then followed up by contacting her via telephonic and email to address this issue to explain what had happened, she then required me to resend the proof of payment which I had already send.and I resend.h

On the 14 November2013 I then followed up the matter I then contacted ADT and could not get hold of Ms or Mrs L Malobela, but was assisted by Mr C Moshokoa and he required me to once again to resend the same documents.of which I did. And then did another follow up via an email to Mr C Moshokoa to confirm whether he had received my emails. No respence.
