Discovery Vitality & Vitality Mall
NEER RECEIVED IT AND CANT TELL ME WHY?

I went to reggies were i was informed that i was supposed to receive a discovery welcome letter for a reggies goodie bag filled with savings ect.
i emailed discovery as i have never received or heard of this where i was informed my letter was send 28 march 2013 (which no one has ever seen as its 20 Feb 2013)
I then called discovery were Lebo informed me the letter was send but can not tell me were or when and to which adress.
i asked that she resend it as we have been clients for many years and why can everybody get this but i cant!

she said it can not be resend as this is cancelled! please tell me why it can be cancelled as one person said its valid for 3 years and the other 5 months and how can it not be resend if i have never received it!!!

SO DISGUSTED WITH DISCOVERY'S SERVICE!!!
