I paid my DStv account on 18.11.2013 and I was told it was not received, sent in my proof of payment on 23.11.2013. This was not sorted out still and I was asked to send my proof again on 14.12.2013 the matter was not sorted out when I enquired on 15.012.2013. Then I was asked to resend on 16.12.13. Then asked to send again on 17.12.13 enquired again on 20.12.13 this is still not sorted out. Called in today and I was told the entire payment department is on leave.
