TOP TV has not replaced my remote control

My Top TV remote control stopped working so I called them on Saturday 21 September to enquire how to purchase a new remote. I was told to make the deposit and to send proof of notification to Top Tv (On digital media, Std bank A/c: 023366745, Branch 009953 for the amount of R80 and they would courier it to me. I was to use my ID or account number as the fax reference. I again phoned on Saturday 5 October to follow up and was told that they has not received my AND ABSA's proof of payment notification. I then requested ABSA to resend payment notification via fax and to email me. I forwarded it to the address they gave me: [Email Removed] This Saturday 12 October I again phoned and was told they had still received nothing. So I resent the notification from my work email and my private email. I just called and they tell me they STILL have not received my 5 emails nor ABSA's fax. So I resent it from 2 private emails and again from my work. This is really pathetic service and I feel like cancelling my service as there is no 'service."
