Debiting of (already consolidated) loan

19.02.2013 I had my 2 nedbank loans consolidated by Capitec Bank. 1 was a R40 000 loan, the other R5000. 23.02.2013, Nedbank went ahead & debited me for the R40 000 (premium R1865.48) but not for the R5000. I called the Nedbank call centre & I was advised that they had not received proof of payment for the "bigger" loan (which was sent from Capitec & which I still have the proof that the fax went through).

I decided to resend the proof as that's what they "required" & that's that. I went to Nedbank (N1 City Centre) & the assistant called the call centre explaining the situation & he was advised to resend the docs - DONE.

7 working days later - no feedback, no payment. After a number of calls, I was finally advised that the amount for both my loans were paid into the account of my "small" loan. How NO ONE could see that or make any sense of it earlier without me first wasting my cellphone bill & my energy, I DON'T KNOW.

They then said that it will be corrected & will reflect in YET ANOTHER 7 WORKING DAYS.

And guess what? It's 26.03.2013, almost April 2013 & I STILL DID NOT GET MY REFUND!!!

So what am I supposed to do? SEND ANOTHER POP with tickets to see Madonna live on stage?!
