PAYING FOR TRACKER CAR WRITTEN OFF

I bought Toyota Etios in June 2012, am not sure about the date of insertion of the tracker, it may have been in september, paying R99 monthly, installation was free. The same car was involved in an accident, on the 2nd July 2013.I reported the matter to tracker. When my health improved I went to their offices in Verreniging where I was given a form to complete with full details of the whereabouts of the car, which i did, and was told that Tracker will respond, to date no response only the debit orders of R107 going through. I need help.
