Promises are not kept!!! Where is my free gates???

On 20 Nov 2013 Leonie from Maxidor, came to our house, to give us a Quote.
She took all mesurements and showed me all gates available. Then she took out the steel for us to test, and to show that no one can CUT through it with a baltcutter. She told us 3 times, that if we can cut through this thick steel, she will put in all our doors for free. So my husband tried to cut it and guess what? He did cut through their thick steel. As soon as my husband cut the steel, Leonie kept quiet and just said wow, that has never been done before, and gave us our quote and left, not saying anything about the free doors. So today, head office phoned me and asked, how was her service and if Leonie did show us all the products. I explained the situation to him over the phone and he said that he will follow up with Leonie immediatly and if she said that we will get our doors for free, then we must get our doors for free.
So leonie phoned me now, saying that she will only deduct the installation cost, which will be about R500.00, But our quote for all 3 gates was over R16 000. Now all of the suden there is no free gates, only free installation. WE DEMAND OUR FREE DOORS!!! THAT WAS PROMISED TO US!!
