Logbooks!!

A week ago we requested the logbook reports (01-03-2012 - 01-07-2012) for 2 vehicle from Kathleen - she logged the request with IT and told me it will take 2-3 working days.
On the 18th November I followed up and Dumisani assisted me - he told me he will log the request with IT again after I told him the urgency of this and that we already logged a request and I cannot wait another 3 days.
The 19th November no feedback so I send an email the customer services hoping that someone more senior might actually assist us - once again no luck because again you need to wait another 3 days.
Today the 20th November I spoke with Dumisani again and said that he will transfer me to his supervisor - once again no luck because I was just transferred back to another Consultant. He told me that the servers were offline and that this problem came from last week.

I need these logbook reports TODAY and I need a MANAGER to call me TODAY at 0113122041
