Autotrack company provide a very poor service

I have been struggling to get help for more than two weeks now from this [URL Removed] just to come and remove their tracking device from my old car (sold) to my new car. This is really disgusting to run after the company like this as if you do not pay them and this guy called Lesly keep on saying he will call me back but he never did that.
