DO NOT TRUST MATRIX!!!

We have 3 vehicles in our immediate family who has tracking devices from your company. Last week for some unknown reason I wanted to see if they can pick up a signal from our cars. 2 of the 3 signals were not detected! I was told that they will do a "deep antenna search" and get back to me! Only for ME to call them the next day to be informed that the tracking devices in those 2 cars are now "Obsolete" and needs to be upgraded! When arranging it, I was told that I need to pay R 200 per car for the removal of the old units! What a lot of bull!

1 Why did I never receive a notification that the units are no longer working and needs to be upgraded? What would have happened if either 1 of the vehicles were?
2 Why do I have to pay a replacement fee and sign a new 3 year contract if I am already an existing client for the last 6 years?
3 Since when do I have to call in on a monthly basis to see if the unit can be traced?

I called and asked what the cost would be of a unit better than the existing unit. I had to call back to find out it would cost R 249. Well I can get a similar unit with MORE futures from Tracker @ R 199 per month!

I will be cancelling my contracts immediately!
