Removal of Tracking Unit is constantly ignored

I have made several attempts to have my tracking unit removed from my vehicle. Every time an appointment is setup, the technician never bothers to come out to complete the job. I have never received a phone call to apologize for their tech not showing up. This just shows a complete lack of customer care. All I want is to have the device removed. They were quick to debit my account every month, but they drag their feet when it comes to removing the device. Your better off with another supplier, the treatment I've received over these last few months will ensure that I never deal with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. It seems that if your car is not missing than you mean nothing to Tracker!!
