Tracking device from Autotrack via Uturn Insurance

I had car insurance with Uturn Insurance in which they installed a tracking device (from Autotrack) on my vehicle. I cancelled my policy last year, and recently contacted Uturn querying about the tracking device on my vehicle. I DO NOT WANT THE DEVICE: Uturn then said that I should contact Autotrack directly for the query, Autotrack replied saying I should make a payment of R500 into their account if I want the device removed. I then contacted Uturn again informing them of the response from Autotrack and Uturn agreed with the response from Autotrack saying I've agreed telephonically and also by signature that I'm liable for de-installation fees. I've NEVER AGREED TO THAT, by telephone or by signature. I then requested evidence of such to no avail. Uturn promised to contact me ASAP, and they haven't. I DO NOT WANT THE DEVICE ON MY VEHICLE
