Tracker want money but slow to respond

Good day. The following email was sent to tracker on 24 Aug 2013.
I am very discussed with Tracker. Let me explain the situation to you.
I had a transporting company and put in skytrax in my truck (NISSAN UD 60). We sold the drop side truck as we were in the process of getting a contract that involved a volume body truck. So we notified tracker via their website (unfortunately there is no option for me to retrieve those e-mails) that we sold the drop side and that they need to remove the skytrax from that vehicle and put it in our new volume body. We waited almost a month for any response. In the meantime we went to tracker branch in Rustenburg 3 x and the lady put in the request. Still nothing from tracker. Again I put in (on your website) a complaint threatening to cancel. I told them that if the dealership who bought my old truck sell it that they will not be able to remove the device. They eventually phoned me back. They had the device removed and told me that they will let me know when to bring in the new truck. They did deduct the money for removing the device though. Again I waited almost a month. In the meantime my business went down and I had to sell my other truck as well
