On the joining date at the company I paid the connection fee that were required at the branch. After a month my statement shows that I never made the payment and is due. I reported this at the local kimberley branch and said that it will be rectified because it is a mistake. After that unscheduled debit orders went off my account that make no sence. I reported this again but so far my payment is not yet allocated and this reflects bad on my itc and yet I'm not in arrears. Very very dissapointed and wish could cancel my contract. So far nobody of adt contacted to give feedback on this problem.
