I'm so disapointed in the service I am receiving from Cell C. In January 2013 i took out a contract deal the blackberry 9320 for R149 pm.
Today i received a call from Thabo from the call center telling me my account is in arrears with R217??
because of unpaid debit orders, whereas 1 month after the date of inception i changed my payment method from debit order to manual payment at Cell C promenade... i gave the consultant a copy of my ID a letter stating to stop all debit orders and a reason why and i also gave them a letter from the bank!!! I never been in arrears everymonth i pay my account by pick n pay and stand in Cell c klong Q for them to scan and fax the POP away.. why do i have to be responsible to pay R217 when i pay my account on time and do all the effort to make sure the payment reflects on the system.??? i contacted Promenade branch and spoke to Phuleka who advised me to come in with my ID, i asked her if shes making notes on the system she said no?? seriously no notes?? how do u keep track of my account? how would u know who i spoke to to cancel by debit order in Feb??... i work 7 days a week and i must come in to ur store and fix ur mishaps???..
