For the past two day trying to get hold of the call centre and I have spoken to many agent whom they don't know what they are there for. i did speak to a nice lady who advised that she can assist me.for two dam days I cant drive my car due to their tracking device and with no luck I have asked to speak to a line manager an was advised that that they are all on leave.my life is stuck because of the stupid service.
