Move the tracking Device

To whom it may concern

A few weeks ago i traded in my car for a new car and the old car has a tracking device, called net star to make arrangements to move the device and i was advised that i have to pay for that. Initially when i signed up for this device i was never advised that should i want to move it i will have to pay for that. And most of all i do not have that amount of money for the unit to be moved, now i am currently paying for a unit on a car that it at the dealership when the car that i have does not have a tracking device.

If i could pay this amount off and cancel i would and go where i will get the service i deserve
