I believe a week was more than enough

A week later and I still have a technician sent to my house coz altech netstar can't close the "loop". I asked to be contacted if some work is gonna be done to my car but now I just get unannounced beeping sounds from my car when at home. I get asked to drive after I explicitly stated that I'm on maternity leave and even when I do drive I don't get feedback, just more beeping from the car with no explanation. This unit must go, I'll get another tracking device fitted!!! My insurance expects me to have a fully functional tracking device and I can't say that I do at the moment. I'm DONE
