Doesnt have to take responsibillity

My problems with ADT start the day that they pitch up my house to install their radio. I was with Coin. They told me that they had taken over Coin. No correspondence received.

On 7 Feb 2013 i received a call from ADT that the alarm at my house was activated, and what must they do. I told them to go to my house. - 20 Min later i received a call from ADT and the responding officer. He was standing in front of my house, the gate lock was broken and a security, and normal door was open. WHAT MUST HE DO. Due to this bad response time a laptop was.

I decided to claim it from ADT for me not to loose my 5 year no claim bonus with my insurer. 7 Months later during witch they took 4 times photos from the inside of my house and my alarm system, i was now informed by a 3rd party not ADT that my claim is denied. The response time was reasonable. The old Coin contract just become the new ADT contract, and ADT cant be HELD RESPONSIBLE EVEN IF THEIR EMPLOYEES WAS NEGLIGENT. That means we must pay and they dont have to do their work. ADT customers please look at your contracts, its worth nothing.
I dont get any responce from them. Under the adt sign at m house. Dont trust them
