I had an alarm activation in my house at 17H27 and your Security Officer got to my house at 19H00. What is your acceptable response time. In the event of an emergency how long will it take them to get to my house. I am sick and tired of your poor response time. shape up or else i will cancel this stupid alarm system which has to benefit to me.
