Extremely Poor "Service"

I emailed Bongani with a query as to why I was double debitted for two months and why this is not reflecting as a credit on the 14th of October 2013. He responded but did not resolve the matter. The last response I got from him on the 18th of October that he is still looking into the matter. I emailed again on 29 October and 4 November - no response. I phone today and he advises me that he has been on training. (for 3 weeks?!) I tell him that I expect an answer before close of business today and he responds that I am "threating his constitutional right not to be abused". I demand to speak to his manager and I'm being "abusive and threatening". I have never experienced such poor service from a service provider before. I want this matter resolved, if that's not too much to ask as a customer or if I'm "constitutionally entitled" to ask this, I want a refund and I want my contract cancelled as I refuse to be pay any further for such "service".
