This is my second for the same reason

I singed the contract on the 27 july 2013 and i was told by the rep i would still have to wait two to three weeks before i would get a answer and that he also said to me that i would only pay after two months and once a year would have to pay signal fees. they only installed it on the 07 august 2013 and they wanted me to pay already in September 2013 bout what happened to the two free months and then they also wanted me to pay for to year conection fee as well. please can you help me. i am not happy at all i have only paid for for the one year once off of R216.60 R 358.00= R574.60 and they want me to pay that amount again. i am not a happy customer at all. i was told it is a once a year thing not twice a year to pay for signal and they did not even give me a two month free at all they said that i singed the contract on the 27 july and august was free remember the dates. then i see when i got the contract back the changed the date for first payment on the 1 September. that means they can do what they want to do with all there customer i just want this matter to be sorted out please. this time please can you get back to me. would like to be there customer i am not happy
