I still have not heard from mtn with regards to my matter and i have been phoning from the 23 october and today i phone and get told once again they are still dealing with it in billing departement, and to respond to mtn previous response where they said my husband didnt wait for the sms to come to activate, i wonder if they are understanding me at all that my question is, how would we know to wait for an sms to activate? when your first sms the same day says we have successfull purchased so how would we know we have to wait for a seond one to come a whole day later to say we must activate? how would we know? is my quesiton, also i need to pay my normal bill to mtn which i cannot do until this matter is resolved so i have not paid for 2 months, i cannot understand why this is taking so long to resolve? and with the amount of times i have phoned and the amount of reference numbers i have i am shcoked that you dont find this terrible customer service that a customer must phone so many times from october and it is now december and it is still not resolved.
