No security of funds at all!!!

On the 22 of March 2013 I decided to check my account balance due to an insufficient funds notification. Upon investigation of my bank statements I have realised that an amount of R90 odd was deducted from my account on a monthly basis since September last year!!! WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!

I contacted the department immediately and spoke to Tshepo who cancelled the card and informed me that it was 8 British pounds deducted off my account from an Audible Ltd (who the heck are they???)
He gave me my case number and told me that the investigators would get back to me within 72 working hours. It has now been more than 6 working days and therefore I contacted the department again on the 8th of April. Only to be told by the officer Hlengiwe that only the last 3 transactions would be refunded...

I find this absolutely SHOCKING and will close all my accounts and move my investments elsewhere!!! I have been a client for well over 10 years, but obviously the security of my funds does not seem to be your highest value!!!
