Failure to disclose call out fees

The primary purpose of tracker is to track and retrieve vehicles that are lost or at any given time. However, I have surprisingly just discovered that the tracker installed in my car is untraceable therefore they needed to dispatch a technician to check their dysfunctional devise. I as their client been told to foot the bill for them to send this person to come and check for any defaults on their tracking devise. The worst part is the cost implications are neither disclosed on their contract website nor on the terms and conditions as per their BUSINESS DECISION... as stated by Oddette Customer Service Co-ordinator (who by the way is not that helpful).

According to my understanding the onus with the company to ensure that they disclose all fees applicable for the maintenance of the devise in order to prepare us for any eventualities.By doing so they will be promoting fair business practices and the transparency that goes with it. However that is not what they practice at tracker it is not important for them to disclose their fee they prefer to shock their client.

Their service is really PATHETIC AND DISREGARD FOR THEIR CLIENT.
