Wake UP - I have been your client since 1995!!

Considering that I have been your client since 1995 I am shocked at how you are passing the buck when it comes to something YOU SOLD ME! Through you I signed up for Tracker, their service is pathetic, they are not able to track my vehicles, and now I am told I have a three year contract and am threaten by Tracker with legal action because I want to cancel a contract which they are in breach off. Considering Budget sold it to me an I am your client one would think you take some responsibility in resolving the matter, yet you take no ownership of the problem neither do you even attempt to assist me. Should I cancel all my business with you and find a insurer who actual looks after my interest and not just debit my account monthly?!?!?!?! Words cannot describe the disappointment I have! If only Tracker tracked vehicles as diligently as they harass people for money! You should really think carefully about aligning yourself with Tracker, and selling or promoting it to your client database!! They are nothing but a bunch of bullies who does nothing other than collecting money!
