CYBER SLEUTH HOAX

I have 4 vehicles installed with cyber sleuth supreme for over 3months now and am still unable to log in after 3 written emails and numerous calls. I am therefore paying for a service which i am not receiving and Netstar clearly doesn't care. I wonder if the cyber sleuth garbage is even real. to top it off they dont even have my correct details as they put 1 vehicle under my personal name and 3 under the business name but with the same details?
