REMOVED MY TRACKER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

On 20 December 2012 my tracker devise was removed out of my kombi by C-Track and replaced with a nother tracker without my permission or consent. They have been billing me for the tracker they have removed, the kombi is till on my name and I only now found all of this out. C-Track admitted that this is what happened but refused to assist met to recover my vehicle or to supply me with the details of Sipho, the person who according to C-Track is the account holder of the new tracker in my kombi.
