Recently I had a break in at my premises, so I contacted them in regards to how they can best assist me, so the technical department wanted to send out a technician at a cost to re-evaluate my situation, so I spoke to Kate when she had given me a courteousy call and after explain her my situation, she not only made arrangements to have the technician to come over and evaluate after evaluation there was a further cost for something that needed to be done, she had those cost removed and further she also reduced my premiums, well done
