ADT failed to install the alarm system at my convenient time therefore I decided to cancel within 5 working days and I was told to send a cancellation letter via email on the 17-12-2013 of which I did. An agent by the name of Lisa Gumede was assisting me. cancellation was sent to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] At this juncture I have received a money (refund of R1049.00. When I contacted contact centre agents were very unprofessional-( Precious Sithole) When I ask for her full name the agent refused to give me her full name and she asked me why do I want her full name, she kept me on hold for more than 28 min when I requested to speak to a manager, she didnt even know her supervisor's name. She put the phone on mute (bad call centre habits when I ask her why she put the phone on mute she couldnt give me a straight answer. All want is my refund. Loyal customer for 9 years never skipped a payment. ADT service is appaling and agents unproffesional
