Hi,
i have had the owrst customer service with ADT since 01 January 2013 when my account was debited with no alarm installation in my house. Since the 2nd Jan i have been trying to get a refund and im being told they will call me back but never return my calls. I get told its the JHB branch thats taking long with my refund.eventually last week and monday i was promised payout on the 8th Feb and still nothing. I called this morning and was given the following number 011 - 321 4555 i gave my details and then the guy said he will transfer me but the line got cut.
its really pathetic how easy they take your money but dont like to pay it back. If i didnt pay they would probally disconnect the alarm within ours.
shocking.really considering a other security service.
