Terrible Service, Deduction of money

In February 2013 my Husband contacted ADT to come home for giving a quote on installation of an alarm system. the sales person Refilwe contacted him, gave him application forms and asked him to complete it. He did that and left out the Banking details explaining there is a system at the house but a technician needs to check to see if it can be used or not. Refilwe insisted on having banking details, saying no monies will be deducted until the technician visits. The technician came home and advised that the current system cannot be used as it is too old. the Yearly Radio license was deducted from the account. when we noticed that, my husband called for Refilwe who did not anser any calls, so also emailed her and she did not repsond. on the 15 August 2013, i called ADT and the customer services advised to send an email which i did, there was no reponse. on 21 August o emailed again and again no response. on 28 August i had a break in at home and called ADT again and the agent he has excalated this and an manager will call within 24 hours. I had to call ADT today 4 September to ask what is happening to here that it takes a month to get a refund. I hold ADT responsible
