Not a clue

My vehicle and information, was removed from their system without notification, explanation or consent and no answers while I'm under the impression that i am being covered for four months. When I logged a query they test the second vehicle`s tracking device and assume the issue as resolved. And they still have the audacity to ask me if I would like to install a new device into another vehicle that I purchased.
