Power down - should you require assistance

I was forced by Mahindra to install a tracking device - Matrix in my vehicle as this is the only device accredited by them. If any other device is installed my gaurantee on this vehicle will expire immediately. After matrix humiliated me they activated the device. From Wednesday till recent I have received 23 SMS' from Matrix

I would want to know, seen that my insurance company is under the impression that this vehicle is covered by a tracking device, Mahindra forced me to install it, not giving me my choice for peace of mind, i would sincerely would want to know who will be liable for the loss of my vehicle seen that the device is not active due to 23 sms, Matrix or Mahindra or my insurance company?
