I called Tracker call centre on Friday informing them that they need to de-install my device on my old vehicle and fit it in my new car. They said it takes up to 72hours for a technician to come out and fit it. Yesterday I called again and still I'm pushed from pillar to post and no progress. I called them again today and they telling me about waiting another 72hrs. In my insurance policy I have declared that my vehicle has a tracking device. Now should my vehicle be what then? Will Tracker cover my costs? Im not happy at all.
