I installed a Netstar Cyber-sleuth Supreme unit in my car on 25 July 2012. I have had this unit for only 6 months. The last position that I get when checking the unit on the Cyber-Sleuth website is that from July 29 2012... a whole 4 days after installing it. I have gone on the website over the last couple of months and requesting that the position is updated. This has never happened and there has been no feedback or any alert that gave me a hint something might be wrong.

Today I phoned the call center to enquire why this was the case and was told the following:
> It was my responsibility to test the unit which I agree with (standard practice), however, the agent says they advise customers to test every 6 months. My unit stopped working after 4 DAYS!!!
> I have internet access and because of this simple fact, I should have known that the unit didn't work. Never mind the fact that I don't work for that company and have never received any training on it. How was I to know it wasn't working or how often the position is updated???

For 6 months I paid for a service I only received for 4 whole days and I am supposed to accept it because it's 'my' fault. Great service!!!
