20 Days and no update on return of money

On the 2nd of October, after giving 3 months notice (5 June confirmation from ADT received) that i am ending my service, and after calling on the 28 September and hearing that YES my service will end at the end of the month and i won't be charged, i was still billed R301 for October. Since then i have been calling to find out what is going on. At first i was told my servce was still active for october, even after the radio equipment was taken back. Nadine told me she would call me back countless times, she has NEVER called back. I have spent R70 airtime having to follow up on YOUR blunder and blatant. Nadine tells me that Zama my credit controller will be in contact with me. Zama has NEVER called. This has been an absolute nightmare all to get 300 rand back. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Absolute shocking customer service, and i cannot believe it has taken 19 days so far, with no results or news. I asked to speak to a supervisor and i am told that Nadine Dreyer IS THE SUPERVISOR! Are you kidding?
Please sort this out. i cannot wait any longer for this money was i am relying on having it.

I will no longer call, you can call me and add the airtime to the refund.
