A security company with only bottom line in mind

A follow up on my previous report to which they responded how important customer service and satisfaction is to their company. I finally got a response, to which I responded asking for a quote for the reinstallation at my new premises. I had to send three emails to get a response and finally a sales consultant contacted me.

The quote to move the device 10minutes away from the current location was a ludacris R2000. Despite the fact that I have paid Chubb over R12000 in the past two years and thankfully never needed their services.

As a company, I find it hard to believe that this is "customer satisfaction" that Chubb claims to strive toward. The only thing that matters is squeezing money out of loyal clients that have been nothing but consistently good payers and no hassle.
