Chubb
Wrong numbe

I am not a customer of Chubb but on a daily basis I get a call from their Response Call Centre about an alarm that went off. Each day, I inform them they have the wrong number and I ask them to remove our number but you can sense that the person calling is not interested and will unlikely escalate the matter to their accounts or customer service department. So, some unfortunate person is not getting a response they deserve because Chubb has outdated information and instead of doing what is right, prefer to spam us with useless calls. This has convinced me that if my life depended on such incompetence, I might as well take my chances. Please, CHUBB, stop calling our number because we are not the individuals you are contracted to protect, but are doing a lousy job at it.
