Can you imagine how frustrated I'm to have been waiting for RAM to collect the phone. I left numerous messages for Nadine and she never called back. When I finally got hold of her, I wasnt very happy and I told her a bit of my mind but to my horror she never even excused herself for her lack of response. Instead she gave me such an attitude and even hung up on me. Im so disturbed by this, this kind of behaviour in the work place. I mean the lady at switchboard told me that Nadine never answers her phone. She is plain rude and has no manners or even EMPATHY. I cannot believe that a pick up can take a whole month, then suddenly they didnt have my contact numbers. Nadine has such a bad attitude it is shocking that she is even allowed to speak to customers. I hope she realizes that I'm a customer and not her friend, I didnt get in touch with her to beg for service, Vodacom gave me her contact at RAM. The least that she could have done was to say I apologise for any inconvinience caused, I could not get back to you sooner. She failed to carry out a simple instruction which caused me endless calls. People must just learn to treat each other fairly. Is it so difficult
