Spar fails to refund what belongs to me

This past Saturday I bought airtime for Vodacom R29 and Cell C 50. The till worker at kiosk told me that Cell C has R60 airtime. I only realised when I got home that she sold me MTN R60. I went back the following day (Sunday) to return the MTN airtime. After she denied of having made a mistake in generating MTN airtime, I decided to call her supervisor. The supervisor asked that I leave my contact details and the airtime slip. The promise was that I will called on Monday to come and collect my refund. I have been calling the store number since this morning and it goes unanswered. I doubt very much that they want me to go in person today or tomorrow to cause havoc in that store. Kindly get these incompetent people to call me and sort this matter.
