On Tuesday, 7/1/14 I ordered my contact lenses from Dynamic Vision, speaking to Nadine. I received notification from my medical aid that they paid the supplier on 11/1. On Monday, 13/1, I phoned to enquire and was told it has not yet been received. I phoned again on Friday, 17/1, with the same feedback. On Tuesday, 21/1 (2 weeks later) I phoned again. I spoke to a pleasant lady named Sara, who tells me that my lenses have been with them since the 11/1. WHAT? t does not end there... I sent a driver to collect the lenses and upon receiving them, I notice that the wrong contact lenses were ordered for me - even though I specifically asked Nadine to check her system and ensure I get the correct lenses. I phoned Nadine and told her about the issue. I get told that she would speak to the optometrist and advise the way forward. The only way forward is to order the correct lenses!!! Also - supply me with a trial pair in the interim! I was told that I would receive a call from her this morning, 23/1, before 09h00. I phoned now, 09h20, only to be told that Nadine is not in yet. She promised to call me before 09h00, knowing very well that she would not be in at that time. So I wait...
