ADT will not talk to its clients

It took 25mins on the phone to try to resolve a previous complaint. Eventually I spoke to Mr Motala who undertook to get back to me within 5mins. More than 90mins later I phoned again only to be told that Mr Motala had escalated this matter to one Ron who after a further 10mins on hold I was eventually connected with. He confirmed that he had received a message to call me and offered amongst others as a reason for not doing so that he was busy and had people in his office. I had in the interim checked the ADT web page as all requests to be put through to the CEO's office were ignored by any of the agents I spoke to, there is no way of contacting anyone at ADT except the call centre, where my experience was not positive. Ron undertook to investigate my complaint and revert. Based on my previous experience I am not holding my breath. Why is it not possible for me to speak to somebody in upper management at ADT why do they not wish to engage with their clients.
