I went into the jet pavilion store were I had waited in the queue for over 15 minutes, there was no sense of urgency, customers in the queue even told me don't waste your time as this is always the case here, the staff were chewing gum, 7 people behind the cash desk and only 1 serving, the manager came out eventually but ran around the store looking for cashiers, then went back to the office without ensuring all the customers were seen to as I was still in the queue, the staff had their name badges turned around so you couldn't really hold people accountable, This was my worse experience ever, i then phoned customer care and spoke to Khanyisile who sent my complaint through, 3days later no feedback, so i phoned back and spoke to Bheki who was going to get the supervisor to call me, 4 days later no call. I get back on the phone and eventually spoke to ilfa the supervisor who said the server was down so she could view my complaint, i doubt it was even sent. Ilfa then said she would get back to me and guess what i got a call from Gugu who said and i quote ehhhhh sorry sir for what happen even though we don't know we will get to the bottom of it, i phoned ilfa back and still no follow up. IM SHOCKED
